| - Assistant Operations Manager |
| Job Duties |
| - Support Head of Operations Department in day-to-day supervision and management of the operation teams in their works including toll collection, traffic surveillance and control, incident management, vehicle recovery and training; |
| - Motivate and coach subordinates to develop their potential for performance enhancement; |
| - Resources planning and management; |
| - Assume command during emergency situation; |
| - Review and formulate plans for continual improvement in productivity and service level; |
| - Coordinate and liaise with external parties including government/public bodies and industry counterparts. |
| Job Requirements |
| - University graduate with at least 8 years¡¦ experience, preferably gained from tunnel or other transport sector, disciplinary service units or surveillance control environment, of which at least 3 years in management level ; |
| - Solid experience in operations management and handling of emergencies/accidents; |
| - Strong analytical and leadership ability; |
| - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; |
| - A teamplayer as well as can work independently; |
| - Good knowledge in customer services. |

| - Experience in cash handling and/or collection or relevant working experience and holder of driving licence (class 1 & 2) is an advantage. |
